What's Happening at Cameron Oaks?

Congratulations to Barbara Grubbs!  Barbara was elected President of the Alabama Hunter Jumper Association for 2010. We are very proud of this accomplishment and look forward to the exciting changes ahead for the Alabama Hunter Jumper Association!
Summer camps are just around the corner! Please call Barbara Grubbs to find out the 2010 dates and to ensure a spot for your child. These camps were very popular last year, and filled quickly. You can reach Barbara at 205-368-3435.

Rainbow Trout were added to our fishing pond in November!  The lake also is stocked with bass and huge brim. We will offer fishing available to people who are not current customers at Cameron Oaks for $50/day per person. As always, our customers are welcome to fish for free. We ask that all fish caught are released back into the pond, unless special permission is given.

Our Shetland Ponies, Star and Maddox have very important roles here at Cameron Oaks. They are "Personal Ponies". "Personal Ponies" mission is to make MAGIC in children's lives, to bring smiles, and joy in a most unusual way. The lives of children with special needs are immeasurably enriched by having a small equine companion to love and care for - so this is what they do. We invite children with special needs to visit these special ponies anytime!
